I. Usage
EVM-C Series is the 2.5D / 3D manual Video Measuring System developed by EBP INSTRUMENTS. It is designed to inspect, measure and analyze the 2D, 3D data in all application areas, widely used in different kinds of precision finishing industries like machinery, electronics, ironware, plastics, etc.
1.1 It has been widely used in machinery, electronics, aerospace, automotive, military, mould, and other industries for precision measurement.
1.2 It can measure point, line, circle, arc and oval, rectangular and improve the accuracy with the multi-point positioning function.
1.3 In metrology terms, the machine can test and dimension width, length, height, thickness, diameter, angel, straightness, flatness, perpendicularity, circular degree, coaxiality, etc.
1.4 Combination of measurements, center structure and the intersection of structure, the midpoint of construction, line structure, a round structure and structural point of view.
Features:
1. Programmable integrated 8 regional light control, achieve professional surface measurement.
2. It adopts 1.3MP color camera and professional Pomeas™ zoom lens, big FOV, guarantee clear image during fast moving image measurement.
3. Grade 00 granite base and column, high stability.
4. ‘Image+Probe’ measuring method, equipped with Renishaw™ probe and our company's self-developed 3D metrology software, can achieve rapid measurement with high accuracy.
5. Adopting USB interface data console, compatible with laptop using.
Measurement data can be directly transformed into AutoCAD file and become a full work circle, the data also can be entered in Excel and Word to conduct statistical analysis.
6. With UWC series professional metrology controller, each probe touch can be heard with beep, more accurate probe operation.

3D Metrology Software

With user-friendly UI, powerful functions, it allows the users to achieve fast and precise geometry measurement.
1) 2D measurement: measure height, width, length, both sides of the angle, the cone angle, the diameter of the cylinder, chamfering, straightness, roundness, cylindricity, perpendicularity, parallelism, etc.
2) Probe measurement: Renishaw™ probe, can measure 3D data like hole depth, diameter of ball, cylindricity, etc
3) Max. and Min. Limit: can set max. and min. limits, when the actual size of the product is out of range, the corresponding measurement data will have warning in red background.
4) Reverse engineering: software draws measurement graphics, can have real direct entry in AutoCAD, also can be saved as DXF, dwg. files (can be a fast scanner, more than two times faster than general software speed).
5) Picture output: measurement or observation results can be saved as pictures in various format like BMP, Jpg.
6) Real-time sub-pixel to find the point: the first sub-pixels, advanced image processing technology into video measurement industry, greatly improves the measurement accuracy and measurement efficiency of a pixel, compared to similar software, saves at least 3/5 time, improve the accuracy of more than 2 times (in the same optical magnification).
7) Vector drawing functions: the image or fonts can be zoomed in or out steplessly.
8) Maps measurements: can capture and form a complete picture of large work-piece, and can directly make measurement on the graph.
9) The command line: directly form the command line, enter the coordinate information to generate the point, line, circle, arc, to meet the special needs of virtual measurement.
10) Line position tolerance: roundness, straightness, parallelism, perpendicularity, concentricity, etc.
11) Dimensioning function: radius, diameter, angular dimensions, linear dimensions, alignment annotation, text annotation, coordinate label.
12) Automatic measurement functions: automatically find a straight line, multi-zone automatic find a straight line, cl2ck circle marquee round, round multi-zone automatic arc.
13) Report function: measurement results can be directly converted to EXCEL, WORD, CAD.
14) Language: support Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese, Russian.
