EPC-800 Electrolytic polishing corrosion tester is a metallographic sample making instrument integrating electrochemical polishing and corrosion functions. Suitable for factories, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and other laboratory use. The equipment can be used for the preparation of metallographic samples on the basis of electrochemical principle. It can also be used for the polishing of metallographic samples and corrosion of metallographic samples. It has the advantages of quick sample preparation, good repeatability and no deformation layer machining, etc. It is an ideal equipment for the preparation of metallographic samples for non-ferrous metal samples, steel, especially stainless steel.
Main Features:
1． Large voltage and current range, can meet the polishing and corrosion of various materials at the same time;
2． Realize constant current and constant voltage working mode;
3． Dc 0~100V / 0~6A, current/voltage value can be customized;
4． Voltage and current have rough and fine tuning switching function, can accurately and stably set the voltage current value;
5． Voltage and current regulation, display precision two decimal places;
6． Low ripple and high stability of electrical signal;
7． Overvoltage, overheat and undervoltage protection of power input;
8． The polishing/corrosion area of the sample can be controlled (the opening diameter of the sample hood is 15mm, 20mm, 30mm);
9． Control polishing/corrosion working time;
10． The agitator ensures uniform polishing/corrosion medium and uniform surface environment of samples.
11． The working voltage and current can be input into the computer for further data analysis and research (optional items: RS232, RS485, wireless connection and computer communication are optional).
