MP-3000PS pressure Cold mounting press machine is using a high strength pressure pot and built-in air pump, it’s a special metallographic inlay device designed to meet the special requirement of quick curing of inlay resin. By using this equipment, the bubbles and pores in the embedded samples can be greatly reduced without changing the physical and chemical properties of the resin, thus providing the best results for subsequent sample polishing and micro-structure analysis.

1. Built-in air compressor, quickly reach the working pressure of 0.2Mpa (2 atmospheres).

2. Pressure digital display, and automatic control. After reaching the set pressure value, the automatic air pump automatically stops, and after the pressure drops a certain value, the air pump automatically starts.
