I. Product features

1. Adopt advanced electrical technology:

2. The cutting piece moves up and down (Z axis) to achieve chopping cutting, and the sample table moves back and forth (Y axis) to achieve sample translation cutting:

 2.1 The upper and lower axes, front and rear axes can be moved separately or simultaneously;

 2.2 Both axes can be moved or automatic;

 2.3 Both axes adopt encoder to realize high precision displacement control.

3. For 200 different kinds of workpiece, 200 groups of corresponding cutting parameters can be saved or selected.

4. Each group of cutting parameters protection: cutting mode, motor speed, cutting stroke, cutting depth and other parameters that affect cutting performance.

5. The high power frequency conversion motor can change the speed according to the cutting material and cutting piece size to improve the controllability of cutting.
